Hoops Dreams Basketball Academy, was established in January 2019 and is now the leading academy in the region. We are a family company with 15+ Fiba-certified coaches. Hoops Dreams Basketball Academy offers all the parts for fast and long-term growth. We offer a well-organized curriculum and state of the art facilities. Hoops Dreams Basketball UAE has a specifically designed training system that pushes the kids towards excellence!

Founder & CEO

Lana Al Kurdi, the founder of Hoops Dreams Basketball in 2019, established The Academy with a mission to develop basketball in the region through partnerships with governmental entities such as the Dubai Sports Council, Sharjah Sports Council, and the UAE Basketball Association. The focus on fostering a family spirit and valuing each player, along with the specialized sports expertise, forms the core foundation for the academy’s goal of becoming a leading sports institution in the region.

Hoops Dreams Basketball Academy conducts training on Everyday after school hours and on the weekend in a safe, fun environment across 8 locations in Dubai and Sharjah. Hoops Dreams Basketball Academy prides itself on quality instruction and FIBA certified coaches who help children develop their skills and maximize their personal, social, technical and tactical development. Hoops Dreams Basketball Academy is proud of its philosophy and style of possession game, which our coaches and players live and breathe during our Basketball sessions or friendly games. We believe that all players can succeed in Basketball and we have a program that differentiates the children according to their age and level.
